Does a Mobile Oil Change Void Your Car Warranty?

The short answer

No. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer cannot void your warranty because maintenance was performed somewhere other than the dealer. Use oil that meets your manual's specification and keep dated receipts.
